Biography
Three years after the 1994 break-up of Madchester baggy hitmakers Inspiral Carpets, keyboardist Clint Boon teamed with guitarist Matt Hayden, bassist/trumpeter Richard Stubbs, keyboardist Kathryn Stubbs and drummer Tony Thompson to form the Clint Boon Experience! Signing to the Rabid Badger label, the group issued its debut single, Only One Way I Can Go; the follow-up, White No Sugar, cracked the UK pop charts, and in the wake of a third single, Comet Theme # 1, the Clint Boon Experience! issued their full-length debut The Compact Guide to Pop Music and Space Travel Part One in the fall of 1999. ~ Jason Ankeny, Rovi
