Biography
A U.S. Army surgeon, guitarist, and singer, Starling played with The Seldom Scene progressive bluegrass band from 1971 until 1977. After playing with various other groups in the 80s, he rejoined Seldom Scene in the early '90s. ~ David Vinopal, Rovi
