One of the Swedish label Dot's leading artists, Quant released a few neo-electro EPs for the quirky label in the late '90s, in addition to several compilation contributions as well as remixes. Producer Jonas Quant's debut release, the self-titled Quant EP, came in February 1997 (Dot 1203), followed shortly after by the Breaking Entering EP (Dot 1207), released that November. Quant's third EP, Tik Tok (Dot 1210), didn't appear until May 2000, a few years later. During the interim period, Quant remixed a few tracks, the most noteworthy being Tosca's (Richard Dorfmeister and Rupert Huber) Chocolate Elvis and Coldcut's Timber. ~ Jason Birchmeier, Rovi
