Biography
New York-based performer Janelle Kroll is a gifted singer, with a highly resonant voice who makes yearning, kinetic, dance-oriented pop. A Chicago-native, Kroll first came to prominence as a vocalist with Alan Wilkis' electronic outfit Big Data. From there, she collaborated on writing songs with R&B singer Estelle and nabbed feature spots on a handful of tracks including Dennis Ferrer's "Mind Ur Step," Autograf's "Metaphysical," and Moon Boots' "Utopia." As a solo artist, she debuted with the 2016 Outsider EP, which featured the singles "FVR" and "24."
