Seattle guitar-pop trio the Rockinghams was led by singer/guitarist Jim Basnight, a longtime fixture of the local music scene best known for fronting post-punk cult favorites the Moberlys. Basnight formed the Rockinghams in 1992 with bassist Jack Hanan and drummer Criss Crass, who had just left the Muffs.
