Biography
Terrifically skilled MC Lin Que Ayoung recorded as Isis for a brief spate during the early '90s. Her 1990 album, Rebel Soul, was produced by the members of X-Clan. And since that group's Professor X took the mic after almost every verse, it was an X-Clan album in every sense but the name. Later in the '90s, Ayoung switched her performing name to Lin Que and released a couple of singles for Sony and Elektra. She eventually went into A&R work and graphic design, and she appeared briefly in Spike Lee's #He Got Game. ~ Andy Kellman, Rovi
