David Wolfenberger is a Cincinnati-based artist who has been active throughout the '90s, involved with the Marshwiggles and Thom Scarecrow. His solo debut, Tales From Thom Scarecrow, came out in 1999 and won him the CEA Artist of the Year award. ~ Sean Westergaard, Rovi
