Things That Keep You Warm is practically jovial, offsetting eerie keyboards with a blanketed bassline and tip-tapping percussion. In This Place, previously found on Kompakt's Schaffelfieber, is Flügel's contribution to shuffle-tech, built on a paranoid pulse-rhythm and a persistent approximation of pig oinks. To get the clearest picture of Flügel's diversity, compare the aggressive techno stomp of Ride 'Em to the charming bounce of Pure Beauty.
