Biography
A prolific singer/songwriter, film composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, and the frontman/founder of popular Midwest folk-rock outfit the Fruit Bats, Chicago native Eric D. Johnson, who also records under the moniker EDJ, has proven himself to be a versatile and unpredictable artist since emerging in the late '90s. In 2010 he issued his first film score with the romantic comedy Ceremony. Subsequent film works included original scores for Our Idiot Brother, Smashed, Nature Calls, After Tiller, Goodbye World, Date & Switch, and Life Partners. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi
