Best known for her work as Warpaint's bassist and lead vocalist, Jenny Lee Lindberg embarked on a solo career as jennylee. Joined by collaborators including Warpaint's Stella Mozgawa and producer Norm Block (who also worked with Plexi and Mark Lanegan) at Silverlake, California's Happy Ending Studio, Lindberg recorded ten songs that mixed aspects of goth and new wave with Warpaint's spacious dream pop in early 2015.
