WK7 is an alias of German techno producer René Pawlowitz, best known as Shed. His tracks under the WK7 moniker, along with related alias Head High, hark back to the early-'90s rave days of techno and house, merging warm, uplifting synth pads with pumped-up repetitive beats, and occasionally breakbeats. WK7 debuted in 2010 with the release of 12" single "The Avalanche," followed by a split single with Head High in 2012, and then "Washer" in 2015.
