Biography
During the second half of the '90s, alt-country songstresses Neko Case and Carolyn Mark performed and recorded occasionally as the Corn Sisters. Enthusiastic, off-the-cuff performances at CMJ and New Music West and in a gig opening for Richard Buckner paved the way for the Corn Sisters' 2000 debut album, The Other Women, which captured a performance at Seattle's Hattie's Hat. ~ Heather Phares, Rovi
