Brooklyn-based Mike Delgado DJed with Kenny Dope Gonzalez in the mid-'80s, and later produced many of Gonzalez's Masters at Work singles with Todd Terry. He then began a recording career, working with Matthias Heilbronn (as Dangerous Minds) on the 1995 release "Live in Unity" and Dirty Harry (as Groove Cartel) for the Tempo Tantrum EP.
