				Biography

Rapper L-Burna first came to prominence as a member of the Cleveland outfit Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, back then known as Layzie Bone. Bone Thugs hit the big time shortly after signing with Eazy-E's Ruthless label and issuing such hit albums as 1995's E 1999 Eternal (and its double-platinum smash single Tha Crossroads), 1997's The Art of War, and 2000's BTNHResurrection. In the wake of their success, the group formed their own label, Mo Thugs Records, with L-Burna named CEO of the company. Layzie soon began going under the new moniker L-Burna after he boasted that he would "burn" the competition after his first solo album was released. 2001 saw the release of L-Burna's first solo outing, entitled Thug By Nature. ~ Greg Prato, Rovi
