Canadian country and pop singer k.d. lang's backing band, the Siss Boom Bang, is a five-member ensemble comprised of former members of the Dixie Chicks, Guster, and the Court Yard Hounds. Featured in the Siss Boom Bang are guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Joe Pisapia; pianist/multi-instrumentalist Daniel Clarke; percussionist Fred Eltringham; guitarist, banjo player, and pianist Josh Grange; and bassist/multi-instrumentalist Lex Price.
