Biography
Tim Renwick started playing guitar in 1966 at the age of 17. He began his career playing with various groups, including Quiver, with whom he released a couple of albums. He went on to join with Gary Brooker, recording two albums over the years with him. In 1977 he joined Procol Harum. Throughout his career he has been involved as a session musician with a myriad of big names, either recording, touring, or both. Among these artists are David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Elton John, Andy Gibb, Mike Oldfield, Mike and the Mechanics, Paul Carrack, Claire Hamill, Joe Cocker, Nick Heyward, Dionne Warwick, Al Stewart, and even Kenny Rogers. ~ Gary Hill, Rovi
